I have mild Acid Reflux Disease. I am trying to not take medications for it, medications make me feel even worse. What are some home remedies or natural and herbal supplements I can take for this? Thanks!

Yep, the medicines will make it worse because the actual feeling is because of an imbalance of acid, not necessarily too much acid. Milk is the worst (and most commonly misused) thing for reflux. It’s cool and coats the throat at first, but it has an acid effect in the whole system, so it actually makes the reflux worse after a bit.
There are some herbs that help to neutralize stomach acid and help with the overall issues like that, but for home remedies, baking soda in water is the best and quickest option that most everyone will have. I would also avoid spicy and highly acidic foods (citrus and whatnot) as well until he feels better.
If you’ve got Apple Cider Vinegar, I have heard of many people curing their reflux by taking that on a regular basis to help normalize the acidity in their stomach, but that’s not as much of a "quick relief".
Good luck and I hope I helped!
sodium bicarbonate – baking soda.
herbal tea: with fennel, peppermint, spearmint, ginger and even some papaya.
