I heard that there is a position to sleep in to help a person with acid reflux feel better in the morning. True or false? What position?

Lie on your left side, with the left (lower) leg outstretched and the right knee drawn up. It keeps the gastro-oesophageal sphincter from opening at night.
And don’t forget to avoid spicy foods, caffeine etc and eat at least 1 hour before bedtime.
usually with head raised up higher then the body, to prevent the travel of the acid.
However, if you have had the symptoms for a prolonged amount of time, you should see the doctor, and get some medication, pariet is one, I find Acimax is better.
I disclaim any outcomes that may occur because of this statement, it is merely to help you be informed about your own health, and what to do.
Always ask your GP for advice if concerned.
I’m so sorry to hear you have such horrible acid reflux! Here’s an article I found that may be able to help you prevent it in the future – it includes advice about sleeping positions:
