-Caffeine
-Acidic fruit/ veggies (tomatoes etc)
-Coffee
-Heavy meat (steaks, burgers etc)
I’m not telling you NOT to consume those items, but cut back.
Also pace your self when you eat, if will save you a lot of grief.

Get into the habit of always eating and sitting upright for at least a few hours. There are many OTC (over the counter) meds that you can take. They include Tagamet, pepcid and protonix.
